Silver Medal Winner in the 2006 Eshkol Hazahav Competition
Merlot Psagot was produced from Merlot grapes that grow in the vineyards
of the mountains north of Jerusalem. The wine is aged for 14 months in
French and American oak wood barrels and is exceptional in its fruitiness
and ripe plum and cheery aromas. The wine has soft tannins and a delicate
yet complex aftertaste
